CEL Introduces OMNI-XR Antennas
Santa Clara, California — June 7, 2022 — CEL’s new OMNI-XR surface mount antennas outperform chip antennas and PCB trace antennas, achieving performance comparable to externally mounted antennas. Their small form factor enables compact designs that which do not require external components that are subject to damage. In addition, total implementation cost is sharply reduced because of ease of design, simpler bill of materials, straightforward production testing and improved yield. The OMNI-XR antennas are suitable for high-performance, mid- and high-volume applications. The current range includes sub-GHz, 2.4 GHz, dual-band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and tri-band (2.4, 5 and 6 GHz) products.
